Privacy

STRONGSEAT Privacy Policy.

How we collect, use and protect personal information when you contact us, make a booking or hire our trailer.

Who we are
STRONGSEAT provides equestrian services across Bristol and surrounding areas. For privacy questions, contact info@strongseat.co.uk.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, booking details, vehicle and towing information, driving-licence information, insurance evidence, correspondence, payment and deposit records, and condition photographs or videos connected with a hire.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, administer and verify bookings, check hire requirements, take and return payments or deposits, protect and recover our property, manage accidents, damage or insurance matters, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Booking systems and service providers
Booking information may be processed using services we use to operate STRONGSEAT, including website hosting, email and Google services used for booking administration and calendar management. We only share information where necessary to provide the service, meet a legal obligation, protect our legitimate interests, or where you have asked us to do so.
Trailer security and location tracking
The trailer may contain a concealed location-tracking or security device. Location information is used for legitimate security, theft prevention and recovery purposes and, where reasonably necessary, to investigate misuse or protect the trailer. It is not intended for routine monitoring of a hirer's movements.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including booking administration, accounting, insurance, dispute handling and legal requirements. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of where appropriate.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You can contact us at info@strongseat.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
External links
Our website may link to third-party websites, including social-media and insurance-information providers. Those organisations operate their own websites and privacy practices, and STRONGSEAT is not responsible for their privacy notices or content.
